Tips and Troubleshooting

• This technology requires Adobe Flash Player 10. You may download it here if you don't have it.
• Use under normal lighting conditions. Direct or bright lights can create glare and obscure the molecules.
• Hold the molecule cards steady. Quick, jerky motions limit the molecule detection by your web cam.
• Hold the molecule cards around one foot away from your camera. Cards that are further away are more difficult to detect.
• If you have clicked the "allow access" button and still don't see a video feed:
1. Right click on the applet.
2. Select "settings".
3. Click on the camera tab.
4. Make sure the correct camera is selected (usually USB Camera).
